Based on our work in this area, and the discussions held with other components in our region at the Regional Leadership Summit, I am happy to report that AIA Montana’s continued efforts to provide excellent member services fall in line with the criteria outlined by AIA National. From the additional continuing education opportunities at the Fall Confer- ence to our partnership with AIA Colorado to provide ARE prep seminars our Board has made a concerted effort to support our members and the professions. I am especially excited for our most recent public awareness cam- paign developed in collaboration with Massive Studios. This effort is the result of a $15,000 grant AIA Montana received from AIA National. The social media campaign and increased online pres- ence will allow our members the opportunity to share their work with the general public in order to promote Montana architects and to generate public awareness about the practice of architecture. Look for more details at the AIA Montana website. As I prepare to transition of off the AIA Montana Board, I am offered the opportunity to reflect on the positive change that I have had the great pleasure to be involved in, but also to look forward the changes that those following after me on the board will bring to our membership and profession. I hope that you all are as encour- aged and excited as I am! Best Regards, Klint Fisher, AIA, President of AIA Montana Based on our work in this area, and the discus- sions held with other components in our region at the Regional Leadership Summit, I am happy to report that AIA Montana’s continued efforts to provide excellent member services fall in line with the criteria outlined by AIA National.
